Well, I'm on a low carb diet.... I train 3 times a week, HARD, Upperbody/Lowerbody with high intensity (doggcrapp)

BUT, after my wokrout, that means three times a week, I go crazy on carbs, like 200 grams AFTER the workout, all those carbs come from food, GLUTEN-FREE foods, so banana, (white) rice and potatoes are my sources in that feeding window... since then I have made the leanest gains of my life. So a lot of cabrs post-workout will give very good results if you are limit your carb intake during the rest of the hours/days/week.

For the rest of the time I ate a lot of healthy fats and proteins and NO (starchy) carbs.

give it a try.

Hello there. This is kind of an "non-traditional" question , but have some other site visitors asked you how have the menu bar to look like you've got it? I also have a weblog and am really planning to adjust around the theme, on the other hand I am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the various search engines punishing me. I am extremely not used to doing this ...so i am just not positive just how to try to to it all yet. I'll just keep working on it one day at a time Thanks for any help you can offer here

Thanks Brad, it´s so confusing sometimes, too much wrong information, I read it was good to drink fast digesting carbs during the workout because it gives you better pumps, but honestly I trust your advise over those "gurus". Now I know it´s just bs, thanks again.

During the workout? I don't see any muscle building benefit, and definitely not any fat burning benefit, so I'd have to say don't bother...just another bodybuilding-guru-gimmick.

It is soooo refreshing to hear someone speaking common sense about this topic.

Also, increased insulin levels are connected with a whole lot of bad health, not just those you cited. Heart disease is the big one.

Keep up the good work.

Brad,

Bodybuilders use exogenous insulin. It overrides the liver and fills up the glycogen storages of the muscles first. That's why it is so potent.

And you miss to give a citation of the study.

Greets, Jebus (not the dude with the cross).
