I'd like to share a personal experience. My relationship is amazing with my fiance, I'm in college, and my body is getting closer to the golden ratio. By implementing concepts in Alex's Passionate Lover, Passionate Life, I've been on a road that THRILLS ME! The little things don't matter, because it isn't what makes my life great. All the papers, all the bad moods (very rare!) and all the little inconveniences are just small bumps in the road to what my vision is. Just like the goals the Adonis Index sets up to build the muscle, Alex helps set goals to build a fulfilling life. I'd LOVE to say that even though the idea that relying on yourself for your happiness is critical, it brings so much more.
