Ron made great improvements in his overall muscular size while cutting down his waist and it shows with a fantastic AI ratio of 1.51
For Ron’s height:
Golden Waist: 32.6 inches
Golden Shoulders: 52.5 inches
As you can see Ron is very close to a perfect Golden Ratio. Ron doesn’t need to make any changes to his training or his diet. As long as he continues exactly what got him this far in 10 weeks I expect him to get to his golden AI ratio in the near future.

Just a quick question on how much muscle Ron is carrying. He looks like he has a tidy bit of muscle and as you stated in one of your podcasts most people only need to put on about 13lb of muscle. So I was just wondering how much muscle Ron is carrying, as you see all these ads stating x a mount of pounds gained and so forth. Here is a idea for your site take a drawing of an average guy (one of the 80% of Pareto theory) who does not work out and do another few drawings showing what 10, 15, 20 of muscle would look like on this guy. Most of us have no idea of what a physique looks like with kind of muscle, it would be good to have a measure.

You’re looking awesome, Ron. I started out at 1.38 too and am currently 1.41 several weeks in (I think mostly from losing an inch in my waist, which ironically, also made me lose half an inch in my shoulders, but that still boosted up my ratio by 0.03). You’re an inspiration for what I can achieve in 10 weeks. I think my main weakness is my lack of muscle from my upper pecs and upwards as well as in my shoulders.
