The word “health” doesn’t mean anything until you give it a definition. Your definition has to suit you and fit into your lifestyle.
The diet, fitness and food industry try to sell their wares using ‘health’ as a claim. And if you don’t have your working definition in place you could end up wasting a lot of time money and effort working towards someone else’s definition of ‘health’.
Your workout and eating habits will only make sense once you’ve developed your own working definition of health.
In this podcast we come up with a workable definition of health that seems to simplify the whole process of exercise and diet that also incorporates genetic fitness and physical attraction and the AI and VI ratios.

Another good podcast, thanks, Makes sense to get the basics down first, reduce stress etc. before going after the fine details. ESE has helped me reach and maintain an ideal AI. Amazing how many other things fall into place by themselves after that.

I just wanted to thank you guys. Your podcasts have really motivated me. In less than a month I’ve dropped 25 lbs. I just donated 2 garbage bags of clothes that are too big!! Pants that didnt fit a month ago now require a belt.
With a new attitude in the gym and eating 1/3 of what i was previously my body has made remarkable changes in a very short period of time. My chronic back pain has almost disappeared!
My confidence is way up and i love it. Only 35 more lbs to go!!
