Creating a real change in the look and shape of your body requires you to take action…taking action requires you to have a clear goal set…having a clear goal requires you to know what it is that you want.
Although this sounds simple many of us may not be clear on what we want and end up spending time and effort but never getting the result we’re really after.
In this podcast we’ll talk about getting to a clear goal and simplifying the process.
We interview Jason Haynes, the winner of our BURN category and 2nd place overall, and well discuss how he managed to lose almost 30 pounds in 10 weeks and how he simplified his approach to training and diet and got big time results.

podcast doesn’t appear to be working lads.
It worked for me. Nice job Jason!
Thanks man. I’m looking forward to hearing your interview, man.
J.
I am as well. I just hope it’s as good as the rest have been.
LOL…I was a bit worried when I saw this up today. But seems I didn’t have to worry too much.
So true. Honesty and everything rcoegniezd.
I’m lovin’ the “Don’t need to know” idea and am in full agreement guys.
I think most of us would be better off if we could forget all the crap we “learned.” However, as we can’t just forget it, now we must “unlearn what we have learned.”
I think that deserves at least a brief 10 minute podcast.
It was fun listening to the podcast. Thanks for everything.
Jason

Blame Barban… haha!
Great podcast fella’s.
I really enjoyed it and could relate to lots of the points you covered.
Thanks
Jason,
Great interview. It’s weird hearing someone’s real voice after you’ve been communicating with them for months in a forum. I too am sick of answering people’s questions, and then trying to justify my methods after telling them something they didn’t want to hear. It’s amazing how many excuses people can come up with. At any rate, great input, great thoughts and good luck and continued success moving forward.
Hey Bro,
Thanks for the kind words.
I hear you, man…and while any excuse is still just an excuse, the range of excuses are, for lack of a better term, amazing…
…it’s easier to make excuses than to actually be accountable and make changes…
Brad,
You said in one of your past emails that Brad Pilon had come up with a way to gain 8 lbs in like I think a day? You said you would share that with us yesterday. Did you post that somewhere already?
hello it is my first comment on this website and at first I would like to thank for the useful information, which I found in this and all previous posts , it really helped me a lot. I will definitely iclude this website on my rss reader
Also, I would like to ask – don’t you mind if I will quate some information from your blog because I am writing articles for the Bukisa, Ezine and other articles directories (this is my part time job)? It would really help me with some of mine articles. Of course, I will mention your website title or URL (not all articles directories allows URL’s , so I can’t 100% promise that you will get a direct backlink to your blog).
Goal setting is very important specially if you want to plan long term.~-`
Goal setting is very important if you want something to be done in a short period of time..:,
goal setting is sometimes difficult but it should always be done ;.*
The once legal high that you knew and loved is actually now banned. Spice has been a very controversial substance ever since it appeared on the market. People smoked it as an alternative to cannabis but the effects and the physical makeup of the substance is extremely similar to cannabis. This obviously raised questions for regulators.
