*A note on transformations. All transformation pics are winners and/or submissions to our Transformation Contest. By law, we can’t cherry pic before and afters. As you can see, some people do incredible, while some don’t do as well, yet all progress. The main difference we’ve seen is that the winners follow our systems and blueprints down to the letter, while others try to add in more or change things around. Interviews, podcasts, and personal blogs of most winners are available on this page, or will be in the near future. Also, by virtue of winning, several of these transformations have been, in effect, compensated… with either money ($1000 for first place) or product (t-shirts, materials), etc. Transformation contestants are also coached on presentation and how to take photos to make sure bad lighting doesn’t distort a final picture (as you can see in some of the before’s), and keeps the playing field even in this regard.
