This is the second part of our interview with Jason Haynes. We were covering a lot of interesting points about changing your body and perception so we just keep the original interview going. The interview ended up being far too long to fit into one podcast so here is the second half.
I figured I’d put another pic of Jason up for you to see his phenomenal progress. If you need a comparison just go back to http://www.adonisindex.com/interview-with-jason-haynes-overall-winner/.
Going through a transformation like Jason’s is rare. Many people will wish and dream it can happen to them but few people will actually take action and go for it.
Not all transformations will be as dramatic as Jason’s but the effect it will have on your mind/body/spirit will be just as potent. Anyone who has taken action and gone through a transformation contest (ours or someone else’s) or simply set a goal and went after it knows exactly what I’m talking about.
Going through transformation like this is always a body and mind experience, the world will never look quite the same, you’ll never feel quite the same, and people will see you different afterwards…and it’s all good!
It’s literally a new life.

well done lads, thanks for the insight jase.
well done Jason, sounds great everything that you done to reach this, people like you are what inspire me to go to the gym and work out like ive never worked out before! I do believe that after such a transformation, anyone will change, mentally and physically, this is because, you have gone through the ups and downs on your journey to attaining a top physique, only then will you realise the struggles, and how it helps you more in the long term…in other words…life.
Thanks for the kind words, man.
IMHO, you totally nailed the crux of the matter when you say: “you have gone through the ups and downs on your journey to attaining a top physique, only then will you realise the struggles, and how it helps you more in the long term…in other words…life.”
very very well phrased, man.
Jason
Off subject but the last email I got from you guys was about frustration with telling people about diet and I hear you. I have used some of your tactics and leangains.com tactics and fitness black book tactics and I look so amazing compared to where I was, unhappy with how I look and feel. Keep you heads up, people like me are listening and taking notes and getting amazing results. I try to tell people all over how I got into shape and most of them seem to scoff at me about fasting or skipping breakfast or things like that, they fear muscle loss and the excuses of “I will get dizzy and hurt my body, I cant, i cant” a poor guy at the gym the other day was really into being big and not realizing how bad he looked being at 35-40% body fat, but he was big, and ridiculous looking. Really all diets have one thing in common, calories in calories out, bottom line. the trick is can you live with that diet for the rest of your life to stay lean. I love carbs and most my diet is carbs, I force myself to put in some protein, but I dont worry about it. thanks again for your blog
His muscles look nice and developed but he looks unhealthy and sad….
